Production Efficiency's Comparative Analysis Of Major Grain Producing Areas

China is an agricultural country,natural food production's steady improvement is related to the national economy and people's livelihood of priority.We put the food production in China as the primary task of agricultural work,Especially,under the influence of the growing international economic and trade's environment.In fact,agricultural economy competition is essentially the competition of agricultural production efficiency.Compared with the developed countries,Agricultural production efficiency in our country is still in a lower level,improving the efficiency of agricultural production is an important task of developing modern agriculture.Because our country has a vast territory,various regions' differences is obvious,the whole nation is divided into 13 major grain producing areas.They are the core areas of the national grain production area,playing an important strategic position in ensuring national security and effective supply of grain production.Our country food security dependent on the healthy development of the 13 major grain producing areas.The major grain producing areas play an important role In food production pattern.With the implementation of national support policy,food production improved quickly,in recent years.But on the whole,comprehensive production capacity decrease by degrees,agricultural production efficiency is ineffective.this problems that confuse us need us handling.So this paper aims to studying the comparison and analysis of the major grain producing areas' productivity,finding out the cause of the differences,searching for ways to improve the efficiency of food production.It has important practical significance and theoretical significance in studying how to improve the major grain-producing areas in the production of resources allocation efficiency and production efficiency and using agricultural production factors efficiently.Due to differences in location,climate and population,agricultural input and output indexes are different accordingly.At the same time,the differences not only indirectly affect all major grain producing areas' final output,but also influence the reform of agricultural policy?This paper starts from the micro factors which restricted by the macro problems.We cite the related literature and the statistical data of 13 major grain-producing areas and use DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)model to handle input and output index,and evaluate the relationship between the input and output properly.Analysis the causes of different results that major grain producing areas' different input index lead to,and the status of production efficiency,it take full advantage of production resources in effective area.
