As the social division becoming more and more detailed,enterprises are requested to select the qualified suppliers after evaluating price,production capabilities,quality,research and development capabilities and so on.It is necessary to cooperate with excellent suppliers,to manage the good relationship and to make use of advantages between each other,to improve market response ability and competitiveness,so that the enterprise can grow rapidly.With questionnaire to survey the supplier selection status at Kaizen Dynamic Information Technology Co.,Ltd,problems such as unscientific supplier classification,unreasonable selection flow and imperfect assessment system were found out.Based on root cause analysis and reality consideration of Kaizen Dynamic,firstly,the Kraljic model is applied to classify the suppliers;Secondly,the flow of primary selection and check are optimized;And then,with assistance of literature research,Delphy,and jury of executives,the assessment criteria is determined.The index weight of criteria is obtained by AHP.The model of supplier selection is established with critical criterias identified,which are product relability,price,leadtime,relevant production experience and production capability;Finally,the steps of the improvement on the supplier selection in Kaizen Dynamic is introduced.Take assessement of levearage and strategc supplier for example,the difficulty of the implementation solution how to assessement for levearage and strategc supplier is expressed in the paper.The relevant safeguard measures are put forward.In this paper,the improvement on the supplier selection in Kaizen Dynamic provides blue print for the selection and assessment of suppliers,and it can assist to improve the efficiency of supplier selection and reduce the R & D and production costs. |
