The Research Of The Correlation Of Technology Import And Technology Innovation In China

The ability to promote technical innovation by introduction of technology is an important symbol to measure a country's level of economic development and international competitiveness. With the development of socialist market economy, the relationship between China and other countries becomes close, there will be more and more cooperation between nations. International competition that enterprises are facing becomes more fiercely. We can depend on progress of scientific and technology, properly handle the relationship between introduction of technology and technological innovation to win a place of international economic competition in the 21st century.This paper discusses the theory of introduction of technology, the theory of technological innovation and the relationship between the two theories, from the view of the correlation between introduction of technology and technology innovation, using the method of quantitative analysis to make an objective assessment, with the OLS analysis to analyze the correlation of introduction of technology & technology digestion and absorption, technology digestion and absorption & technological innovation, introduction of technology & technological innovation respectively, find out the strongest intervals correlation between each two of them, the sum of the first two intervals consistent with the third intervals, which also shows that from introduction of technology to the technological innovation is subject to the effects of technology digestion and absorption, technology digestion and absorption determine the intervals between technology introduction and technological innovation.Through analyze the situation of China's introduction of technology and technical innovation, adopted the "Three Gorges Project" and China's high-speed rail as typical cases to explain that introduction of technology promote the technological innovation. But for most enterprises, they still lack some experience in promoting technical innovation through the introduction of technology, then this article will attempt to find out four issues in dealing with relations between introduction of technology and technology innovation of China: the introduction of blind repetition, low level, less of innovative motivation; value "introduction", ignore "digest", inadequate investment in the digestion and absorption; value "hardware" ignore "software", R & D investment is inadequate in the innovation; lack of attention in introduction of technology, the way of introduction falls behind.Finally, combination of these problems, analyze the causes of these problems, concludes four recommendations to use the introduction of technology to promote technology innovation: establish the proper awareness of introduction of technology, make relevant programs, establish specialized agencies; pay attention to technology digestion and absorption, establish a new mechanism for independent innovation ; increased investment in R & D funding and personnel inputs; Government attaches importance to standardize laws and regulations, protection of intellectual property rights.
