Research On The Influence Between Independent Innovation,Technology Introduction And Economic Growth Efficiency In China

The key to transforming economic growth and improving economic growth is to improve technological progress.Research on the effects of technological progress on economic growth has never interrupted,the theoretical circle has always been exploring various possibilities between technological progress and economic growth,the view that the technological progress is the fundamental path to increase the efficiency of economic growth and maintain steady growth of economy has been generally agreed.Academic is infinite,however,although the theoretical basis of technological progress and economic growth has been established,but different countries and regions have different actual situations,it will have some certain complexity that the basic theory combine with the different actual situations,which need to be addressed.In the view,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the complexity and uncertainty of the efficiency of economic growth in China based on other literatures.There are two main approaches to measure technological progress:independent innovation and technologies introduction.No matter which way to measure the technological progress,only finally transformed into production technology which can improve the technological progress and improve the efficiency of economic growth.However,from independent innovation and technological introduction to the transformation of the production technology has a lot of intermediate links which have much uncertainty,independent innovation and technological introduction does not necessarily improve the technological progress,and improve the efficiency of economic growth.In the third part,the author analyzes the uncertainty behavior of independent innovation and technology introduction in the process of production technology.For deeply analyzing the correlation of China's independent innovation,technology import and economic growth efficiency,in the fourth part,the paper focuses on analyzing the performance overview of the evolution of the technological progress and economic growth in China.From our country technology development trend analysis to respectively introduces the development trend of independent innovation and technology import since the reform and opening-up policy reform,to the development trend of the economic growth efficiency,in the process of analysis,the paper not only takes features contrastive analysis of the three regions and the national average level,but also adopts different methods to measure efficiency of technology transfer and economic growth,make the analysis more comprehensive and in-depth.This paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces from 1996 to 2015 to empirically examine the impact of independent innovation and technology introduction on economic growth efficiency in the fifth part.Effective empirical results show that the patents for invention of one hundred thousand people which reflects independent innovation to economic growth efficiency(respectively measure with input yield and total factor productivity growth contribution to economic growth)has the inhibition;The proportion of foreign direct investment in GDP,the proportion of FDI in the total social fixed investment and the proportion of employment in urban employment of the three capital enterprises are measured.Independent innovation based on the introduction of technology also has a simulative effect on economic growth efficiency.This paper studies the different effects of independent innovation and technology introduction on economic growth efficiency through the division of eastern and western regions.The empirical results show that the direction of different technological progress path is consistent with the overall estimation results,but the degree is different.Specifically:independent innovation on the efficiency of the eastern regional economic growth inhibition is bigger than the central and western regions,technology import and technology transfer on the basis of independent innovation on the efficiency of the eastern regional economic growth promoting effect is bigger than the central and western regions.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions for the study of the correlation between China's independent innovation,technology introduction and economic growth efficiency.
