Desining Y Company's Performance Management System Based On Balanced Score Card (BSC)

Firstly introduce performance management and BSC theory, concluded the experience for the research and application of BSC and elaborated BSC strategic map theory in this article. Take the company Y as an example, through the method of questionnaire survey and interview, took Y company's personnel performance appraisal as the object of study, collected and analyzed the company's material, carefully studied the performance appraisal conditions, found the practical situations such as the existence of indefinite performance indicator, neglecting non-financial index, inaccurate performance feedback, deficiency of performance appraisal culture; analyzed and proved the necessity and feasibility of BSC application basis on the original performance appraisal system of Y group headquarters, in all side introduced the performance management system process of Y group headquarters with the method of BSC, elaborated the strategic target and the setting of KPI specific method and process in finance, customer, internal process, learning and growth four aspects with BSC strategic map in detail. In this article, try to use the tool of BSC strategic map to design the performance management system of Y Company.By concluding the experience of domestic and abroad scholars in studying in BSC, integrating the actual design of Y group headquarters and the research of BSC application, provided the model of designing performance management system utilizing BSC, and listed the regulation of organization structure and work analysis as the necessary steps basis on the practical situation Chinese enterprise, have provided consultation and reference of selection, design and utilizing BSC performance management system for domestic enterprises according to themselves characteristic.
