The Study Of The Performance For International Project On The Base Of Analysis Of Written Correspondence

The working period of engineering project is longer and the management is more complicated than other projects. During the implement of project, there will come to lots of problems which are related to varied areas, and to solve these problems the negotiating with various benefit sides and arranging all kinds of resources are needed. It is significant for the whole project management to record all the problems, during the project, in time and exactly. The written correspondence, which could provide the exact and reliable basis for better understanding and solution of the issues during the construction period and for the after-assessment of project and the management on operation of the hydropower station.On the basis of former research results by reviewing literature study, which stating the significant role the communication play in the engineering project, setting the electromechanical installation project of PL hydropower station in Myanmar as practical sample, taking the written correspondence in this project as analysis objects, this paper studied by the way of content analysis the three aspects concerning quality management, purchase management and safety management, mentioned most by the correspondence. The specific analysis of the issues and the countermeasures will be the references for other similar projects.
