This paper takes the knowledge workers as the research object. We research the relation between the compensation satisfaction and workers'responsibility by empirical methods, then analyze the relation which is how to affect compensation satisfaction and workers'responsibility. Meanwhile, we take into account demography variable factors to analyze the impact on knowledge workers' responsibility and the difference. The primary content:First, we understand the structure and the evolution of compensation satisfaction and workers'responsibility by reading document. Based on this, we need further understand the condition which on domestic and foreign scholars research.Secondly, through using the mature questionnaire invented by previous researchers, we compiled our questionnaire, we obtain related data information through empirical investigation. Then using the SPSS statistical software to research into and analyze the data. In this process, we apply some methods contained correlation and regression analysis to discuss the relation between the compensation satisfaction and workers'responsibility. Then we research the performance of workers'responsibility on demography variable factors which contained the gender, age, marital status, seniority, position and unit properties.Finally, we draw the conclusions:compensation level satisfaction and compensation improvement satisfaction exist positive effect on workers' responsibility; compensation benefit satisfaction takes positive impact on unity helping; compensation improvement satisfaction exist positive influence on the effort; compensation structure/management satisfaction exists positive influence on the achievements pursuit; achievement pursuit takes significant differences on the gender; effort takes significant differences on age; unity help takes significant differences on marital status; duty takes significant differences on seniority; The four dimensions take no significant differences on post; effort and achievements pursuit take significant differences on unit property. In addition, we summarize the major viewpoint and point out the innovation and the deficiency of this paper, finally propose the forecast to the further research.
