With the rapid development of the economic era,knowledge and talents have become the core topics of current enterprise competitiveness.The focus of people's attention is mainly on the development and application of irreplaceable corporate invisible assets-knowledge innovation,and those knowledge workers who can master and control these invisible assets have become the core resources of enterprises.In recent years,the importance and core of knowledge-based employees have gradually become prominent in the market competition of enterprises.Competition and innovation and creation of knowledge among enterprises must ultimately be used and added value by knowledge carriers-knowledge-based employees,and the rational allocation of resources.Knowledge-based employees occupy a large proportion in high-tech enterprises or innovation benchmarking enterprises.Therefore,this research regards high-tech enterprises and innovation benchmarking enterprises as the industry areas for this type of employee research.Although there is a certain amount of research on subjective well-being at home and abroad,there are few studies on knowledge-based employees.In the study of salary satisfaction and job performance,organizational identification is usually used as a dependent variable or independent variable.Special research as an intermediate variable;although most researchers believe that employee compensation satisfaction will affect job performance,there are still inconsistent opinions and opinions on whether there is a significant correlation between the two;In the paper,I think there is a significant correlation between salary satisfaction and employees' subjective well-being,and the author wants to further empirical verification.Therefore,on the basis of literature analysis,this paper uses SPSS and other analytical software to carry out the reliability,validity,factor,correlation,multicollinearity test and regression analysis of the questionnaire scale.Explore the relationship between knowledge-based employee salary satisfaction,employee subjective well-being,and job performance,and examine the intermediary role of employee organizational identity.The conclusion through empirical analysis is as follows: salary satisfaction has a significant positive correlation with organizational identity,employee subjective well-being,and job performance;organizational identity has a positive intermediary role between salary satisfaction and employee subjective well-being,but the role Particularly significant;the organization recognizes that there is a significant positive intermediary role between salary satisfaction and job performance.According to the research conclusions,corresponding management suggestions are put forward,which provide reference and reference for enterprises to improve the overall efficiency and attract talents and reduce brain drain.
