| The knowledge economy time calls for the innovative talents which have the innovative spirit and the innovative ability. Behaviors and behavior modes of innovative talents play a vital role in innovative activities. Understanding and mastering the behavior modes of innovative talents is more beneficial for our country and enterprises to select and motivate talents.The thesis, responding to the needs of times and the development of country, systematically analyzes and discusses innovation behaviors and behavior modes of innovative talents. First of all, the thesis analyzes the definition and characteristics of innovative talents based on the previous studies about innovative talents. By interdisciplinary research, the thesis discusses that innovation behaviors and characteristics of creative talents. What's more, the thesis analyzes not only the behavior modes and characteristics of innovative talents but also five types of behavior modes through a method of theoretical and empirical combination. Third, the thesis discusses internal and external factors impacting on behavior modes of innovative talents. Internal affecting factors include personality traits, motivation and work values, while external affecting factors include social environment, family influence and school education. Finally, the thesis proposes some suggestions to cultivate innovative talents and optimize behavior modes of innovative talents. |
