| The main part of building an innovation-oriented country lies in enterprises,and the innovation of enterprises comes from employees.The improvement of innovation level needs not only external incentives such as salary,but also internal drive such as self-realization.The proposition of career calling provides a new entry point for the promotion of innovative behavior.Career calling is a positive concept,which not only positively affects the general well-being of individuals,but also has a positive impact on the field of work,but few studies have confirmed the relationship between career calling and innovative behavior.On the basis of previous studies,this paper proposes the mechanism by which the career calling influences innovative behavior,taking the career calling as an independent variable,innovative behavior as a dependent variable,psychological capital as an intermediary variable,and innovative culture as a moderator variable.Based on career construction theory,behavioral motivation theory and self-determination theory,this paper constructs the theoretical model.Data were collected through questionnaires and processed by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0.This paper tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and makes descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis,and uses multiple regression analysis to test the theoretical model.Through data analysis,the conclusions of this paper are as follows: career calling and its dimensions positively affect employees’ innovative behavior;career calling and its dimensions positively affect employees’ psychological capital;psychological capital positively affects employees’ innovative behavior;the intermediary role of psychological capital between career calling and innovative behavior is verified;the intermediary role of psychological capital between sub dimensions of career calling and innovative behavior is verified.In addition,the moderating role between external call and innovation behavior has been verified,and the moderating role between pro-sociality and innovation behavior has been verified;the moderating role between sense of goal meaning and innovation behavior has not been verified;the moderating role of innovative culture between career calling and innovative behavior has not been verified.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: enterprises should pay attention to enhancing the career calling of employees through recruitment,training and management system;enterprises should take training and other measures to improve the psychological capital of employees,and enterprises should attach importance to fostering their innovative culture. |
