The Development Mode Of Shandong Circular Economy

The transformation of economic growth, the development of circular economy and achieve sustainable development is the main theme of economic development in the world now. Japan proposed the recycling economy very early and developed the most perfect state, achieved good economic, ecological and social benefits. Shandong Province as China's major eastern coastal province developed rapidly, plays an important role in the national economy.But, along with the rapid growth of economic, Shandong Province's "high input, high consumption, high pollution but low efficiency" economic growth mode generates many restrictions. Developing circular economy and choosing suitbale mode become an urgent task of Shandong Province. This papers analyzes the recycling economy development model in Japan, takes Shandong Province as the research object, uses index system and AHP model to evaluted the development of circular economy.Combing quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method,get the circular economy developing model of Shandong Province.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, including the background and significance, ideas and frameworks. The second part is theory study and literature review. It reviews the major theories and models of circular economy theory, The literature including foreign and domestic part, from the basic problem of circular economy, the Japanese circular economy research and development mode of circular economy areas. The third part is Japanese experience of developing circular economy. This part introduces the background, present situation, promotation measures, characteristics and successful experience of Japanese recycling society. The fourth part is the evaluation of Shandong circular economy. Using circular economic indicators and AHP model evaluated the development of circular economy. The fifth part is the design of Shandong circular economy mode.Basing on the Japanese experience and the evaluation of Shandong circular economy, get the developing mode of Shandong province,that is the societal developing mode and proposed the main measures of Sino-Japanese circular economy cooperation from the region, industry, enterprise level separately.
