For nearly ten years, the development of Chinese economic have been mainly depending on the high consumption of resources and low added value of industry. The financial crisis, we learned again that the traditional industrial structure has many defects and industrial transformation is necessary. In the era of knowledge economy, the innovation is the first power, and innovation is also the fundamental cause of the industrial transformation. It made the difference of the level of industry innovation.As the service industry, influence of innovation is more obvious to development of firm. Innovation is major source in spread of technology and knowledge creation. Also, it is the important method for enterprises to improve competitive. There are relationships in innovation and environment. Creating innovation environment is helpful for firm to make innovation. Innovation effects to the services are more significant than other industries. No innovations, no development of service sector. Perfect innovative mechanism and systematized innovation is important for firm to develop.Compared to the developed countries, the development of our service industry has been behind, and the ability is weak. Services sector is industry that has technological and information. The modern service sector of developing a new impetus to creativity is not the healthy development of the services sector.Through Reviewing and summarizing precious adoption of the relationship between Organizational Innovation Climate and innovation performance, this thesis wants to research it on the empirical object of Service Enterprises, and on the view of work values.Through Reviewing and summarizing precious research, we make our new viewpoints.1.Research about Organizational Innovation Climate has been ripe in the west, by contrast, there are still mere about that in china. Early research is directly to discuss relationship between organizational innovative Climate and innovative performance, usually in the base of research of the west. In this thesis, we take work values into consideration, and find out whether there is any difference.2.Objects in early research are mainly whole economic environment, and in this thesis we set the point in Service Enterprises. The purpose is that we want to make the litter difference. Through Reviewing and summarizing precious research, we use questionnaires and analyze data with SPSS. The conclusions are as follows:1. Service enterprises' Organizational Innovation Climate affects its innovation performance from the aspects of Organizations Support, Work Autonomy, Learn-growing, Teamwork and Leadership Support. And all of them have positive relationship with innovation performance.2. Work Values have relationship with innovation performance, and it adjust the relationship between Organizational Innovation Climate and innovation performance.3. Work values adjust the relationship between Organizational Innovation Climate and innovation performance. The purpose values have positive impact on the relationship Organizational Innovation Climate and innovation performance. Also, instrumental values positive impact on the relationship Organizational Innovation Climate and innovation performance.4. Through research, we make sense of the theory model in this thesis.Facing the complex economic environment, innovation is important to the firm. When the enterprise realize the important of the innovation climate and impact of Work Values on the innovation performance, they will win in the fierce competition.There are some important points in this thesis:1. Effects that organism innovation impact on innovative performance can be useful for the strategy plan of development;2. What organizational innovation climate stress is consciousness and feeling of the staff. Application for Service Sector can set down the humanism management and people-oriented concept. At the same time, it'll promise organizations innovative performance and efficiency of management.
