The Study On Transportation And Storage Optimization Of W Iron & Steel Group

Logistics management in enterprise management occupies a very important position,for steel enterprises are logistic abor-intensive enterprises which cost largely from the raw transported to the product out. Warehousing and transportation logistics is the most important constituents,and the level of steel enterprise storage and transportation directly affects the competitiveness of steel enterprises.In this paper, I take transportation and warehousing management of W group as the research object,and take the six sigma and lean production management theory as the guide.From analysising material transportation and warehousing present situation of W group,I analyse transportation and warehousing which is the most important component of the W steel enterprise logistics, and establishe import ore inventory optimization model of W steel company with warehousing integration of modern logistics concept. The logistics cost gets minimization according to its inventory and transportation strategy.We can get warehousing costs reduced by fully compressing the original fuel inventory, establishing the original plan control system with taking a real-time inventory nuclear as the core, realizing financial works of the synergy of each functional activities of fuel, plan, consumption, logistics and Keeping procurement, logistics, production order. Finally, after improvement plan is carried out, I makes summary and analysis of economic effect and put forward the improvement next suggestion.The innovation of this paper is that I analyze largely mine transport process which is first the most important import of logistics of W group, stablish entrance mine mathematical model by analyzing various transportation cost factors affect entrance mine and gradually find transport the optimal cost transportation plan. secondly, this paper analysis warehousing link and warehousing and craft material dispatching example data of W steel enterprises logistics, take corresponding measures for improvement, and reduce the effective comprehensive enterprise logistics operation cost.These research results can not only make the W group effectively improve transportation and warehousing management level, get the enormous economic benefit, but also have strong reference for other iron and steel industry.
