21century,mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy.More and more enterprises begin to realize that human resources has become a strategic resources for organizational development.Knowledge workers have a higher level of knowledge,the pursuit of autonomy, individuality,diversity and innovation,which is the key of companies competition.At the same time,this is an era of innovation.Innovation represents the level of competitiveness of enterprises.The role of psychological capital,which is similar to human capital,and social capital,helps businesses gain a competitive edge.Through developing psychology capital to stimulate initiative and innovative behavior,employees can effectively use their skills,strength and mental ability to play the full potential to achieve a more valuable and sustainable development target.This paper,whose target is knowledge workers is using such channels of literature review and survey for the empirical analysis by revised psychology capital scale,Innovative Behavior scale and KEYS in the background of Chinese culture.This study further discusses different levels of psychological capital for knowledge workers,the relationship between psychological capitaland innovative behavior,and climate for innovation of a buffer between the two by correlation analysis,factor analysis,Hierarchical regression analysis and Hierarchical regression analysis.First of all, this thesis discusses about the demographic variables on psychological capital and its various dimensions of knowledge worker.The results show that education and work time has a significant impact on the psychological capital, and the remaining factors on the psychological capital is not significant.Secondly, psychological capital and innovative behavior is significantly positively related, and the dimensions of psychological capital and the dimensions of innovative behavior is significantly positively related by Pearson correlation analysis.Thirdly,by linear regression analysis, psychological capital and all dimensions have significant impact on innovative behavior of knowledge workers, and resilience has a negative correlation between innovative behavior. Finally, climate for innovation buffs the effectbetween innovative behavior and psychological capital. And climate for innovation has a buffer of self-efficacy, resilience and optimism.This paper is good for enterprise to understand and grasp the psychological capital of knowledge workers in order to improve the innovative behavior by considering the impact of environmental factors on the variables.
