In the knowledge economy, the objective of organizational management is to create an environment which is conducive to knowledge creation, transfer and share.As a typical knowledge workers, R&D personnel enterprises in technological innovation, In the process of technological innovation, R&D personnel is the most creative and active factor in the heart of resources, it is a source of innovation and development of key enterprises. How to guide the behavior of innovative R&D staff is key to the competitiveness of enterprises.On the issue of innovation atmosphere began in the 1980's. The innovation environment is members describe the organization of subjective, that is, members generate the subjective perception from mannagement style and other important environmental factors,then,they formed their own attitudes, beliefs, values and motivation, thereby affecting the innovative behavior. Through extensive literature on access, author find that staff psychological atmosphere of innovation and innovative behavior of the conclusions have not yet been unified. Through collation of data colletion,this study conduct an exploratory research on how the psychological atmosphere of innovation impact innovative behavior,and attempt to analyze the innovative behavior of R&D personnel factors.Through statistical analysis, the results are as follows:(1) Empirical studies have examined the validity and reliability of psychological atmosphere of innovation and innovative behavior. And confirmed that these two variables are multi-dimensional structure of composition. Simultaneously, analyze that the psychological atmosphere in the personal attributes of innovation has difference variables,and behavior in the personal attributes exists difference.(2) Correlation analysis and regression analysis examined the psychological atmosphere of innovation and the direct impact of innovative behavior. The results showed that organizational support, team support dimensions of innovative ideas generated a significant positive effect, while the dimensions of task characteristics have no significant effect on innovative ideas.(3) The psychological innovative climate and of organizational support, team support and task feature dimension to the implementation of innovative ideas have a significant positive effect.The study is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. This part introduces research background, purpose and significance of research, ideas and technical line, research features and innovations;The second part is summary of theory resarch. This section further introduces the concept of psychological atmosphere of innovation and innovative behavior and research situation, and explains relationship between the psychological atmosphere of innovation and innovative behavior;The third part is research design. This section describes the research design and methods of this paper, proposes research hypotheses,constructs research model,and investigate selected maturity scale;The fourth part is the data processing and empirical analysis. Through the questionnaires of the collation, this section analyzes the situation of R&D personnel psychology innovative atmosphere and innovative behavior. And use statistical methods to verify the research hypothesis;The fifth part is the conclusions, recommendations and prospects.This section draws concludes by empirical analysis and make recommendations, and finally describ the limitations of this study, and future research issues related to the prospect.
