We are now in an era of knowledge economic, which equals to an era of talent.More and more Enterprises Begin to realize that human resources has become astrategic resources for Organizational development. In the meantime, this is an era ofinnovation. In the fierce market competition, Innovation represents the influence of anenterprise. Innovation is considered to be one of the most valuable and of the greatsignificance in workplace. As a core conception in positive psychology, Psychologicalcapital represents the mental resource which has character of uniqueness andnon-repeatability. Compared with the economic capital, human capital and the socialcapital, psychological capital is more likely to have the positive effect to the attitudeand behavior of the staff, thus, the performance of the organization has been improved,and more competitive advantage has been gained by the enterprise. For itsdevelopment and investment income, administrators of the organization pay more andmore attention to the development and utilization of employees’ psychological capital.A study has shown that people with high level of psychological capital prefer toexpress their creative idea, which results in the appearance of innovation. Therefore,psychological capital is somehow predictable to employee’s innovative behaviors.However, the influence mechanism of psychological capital on innovative behaviorsis seldom mentioned. This paper proceeds from intrinsic motivation theory, presuming that psychological empowerment buffs the effect between psychologicalcapital and innovative behavior。Therefore, this paper will adopt a positive method todo a further research on the relationship of these three variables to enrich existingcreation theory and provide some methods to improve the psychological capital.By investigating260workers from a variety of firms, this paper does anempirical analysis based on the literature review of the related researches andquestionnaires. We choose Psychology capital scale, Psychology empowerment scaleand Innovative Behavior scale which are fit in the unique Chinese culture. This Studyfurther discusses different levels of psychological for workers, and Psychologyempowerment of a buffer between the two by correlation analysis, hierarchicalregression.First of all, this thesis discusses about the demographic variables onpsychological capital and its various dimensions of workers. The results show thatgender has a significant impact on dimension of resilience, position has a significantimpact on hope and optimism and Psychological capital, the nature of companies alsohas a significant impact on hope and resilience, and the remaining factors on thePsychological capital is not significant.Secondly, psychological capital and innovative behavior is significantlypositively related, and the dimensions of psychological capital and the dimensions ofinnovative behavior is significantly Positively related; Psychological capital andPsychological empowerment is significantly Positively related, and the dimensions ofPsychological capital and the dimensions of Psychological empowerment issignificantly Positively related; Psychological empowerment, including meaning、confidence、impact and innovative behavior is significantly Positively related byPearson correlation analysis.Finally, Psychological empowerment, including meaning、confidence and impactplayed a role of some intermediaries at the impact on Psychological capital toinnovative behavior.This Paper is good for enterprise to understand and grasp the PsychologicalCapital of workers in order to improve the innovative behavior by considering theimpact of Psychological empowerment on the variables.
