Job satisfaction is a variable that study all respects of perception of job of employee. On the one hand, the research of job satisfaction can make business manager see the factors that influence job satisfaction and the degree of influence. On the other hand, based on the research, we can improve current situation, improve work efficiency, and at the same time increase satisfaction and belongingness of job of employee.With the development of the times, more and more peasant-workers enter cities and they make a lot of great contribution for city construction and social development. But there are a series of problems. In comparison with the old generation, new generation peasant-workers have new demand. They work for enlarging their views and have a better development in the future. But the management of enterprises is behind the growth and changes of the peasant-workers. This paper aims at finding out the factors and the degree of that influence job satisfaction of peasant-workers and providing a basis for making strategy of society and enterprises.By means of questionnaires, this paper applies reliability and validity analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and so on to revise these questionnaires. Then collect data on the basis of revised questionnaires above. Finally, analyze the data and find out the difference of factors, degree and individual statistical factors which influence job satisfaction of new generation peasant-workers on all influencing factors of job satisfaction.This paper analyzes 204 questionnaires, the following conclusion are drawn.1. There are four common factors that influence job satisfaction:job security, family life, the work itself and social support.2. New generation peasant-workers are not too happy about there work. The average of the four factors is among 2.7-3.3, marked difference from the "4" of Likte scale.3. Arrange the factors that influence job satisfaction in order of importance:the work itself> job security> social support> family life.
