Since the 80 s, the pace of reform and opening up, along with our country economy as a whole rapid development. There appear a lot of surplus labor in rural areas, and the labor are reluctant to engage in agricultural production, but into the cities, we call i t the "migrant workers". Migrant workers are an important force in urban construction and modernization in China, made a huge contribution to the economic development of China. Most of these rural migrant workers in cities work in the low technical content, the low level of income. Due to the limitation of dual urban and rural household registration system, social security, employment, they received government benefits and a series of unfair treatment. As time changes, the new generation of migrant workers gradually replaced the older generation of migrant workers into the urban employment, they like the older generation of migrant workers, faced with many problems. As the country relevant employment policy instruction, especially concerned about the quality of migrant workers employment increasing. Chinese scholars to study on a lot of the older generation of peasant workers’ employment quality. However, these studies generally focus more focus on the macro aspect, mostly from the employment structure, employment distribution, the present situation of the different areas of employment, the focus of new generation migrant workers are relatively few. The author in Qingdao city of ShanDong province as an example, embarks from the new generation of migrant workers employment satisfaction, trying to explore the related factors influencing the Cenozoic migrant workers employment satisfaction, puts forward effective Suggestions for government and enterprises.The author used the method of literature review, the research on job satisfaction at home and abroad literates, in theory, and on the basis of predecessors’ research, made more detailed statement on job satisfaction. At the same time, the reference for the scholars at home and abroad and the experience of related research, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge of Cenozoic migrant workers employment satisfaction survey questionnaire is designed. Questionnaire is mainly divided into two parts, the first part is to collect data according to the study of new generation migrant workers individual characteristics, the second part is to explore the objective environment factors on the impact of new generation migrant workers employment satisfaction evaluation. Questionnaire in Qingdao city five area, a total of 130 copies of the actual back 130, and 104 valid questionnaires. After finished the data collection, the author will the two parts data for independent analysis. The mean the first part mainly through comparative analysis, to explore the migrant workers individual characteristics effect on job satisfaction. The second part mainly adopts principal component analysis, factor analysis to the questionnaire of 17 variables optimization for the five variables, and through the econometric model to explore the objective evaluation of the effect of factors on the new generation of migrant workers employment satisfaction.Through empirical research, the author draw two conclusions:1. The characteristics of different individuals for the new generation of migrant workers employment satisfaction evaluation have different effects.2. Working environment, income level and welfare, self development, social relations, the policy environment is new generation of migrant workers employment satisfaction evaluation of five important factors. Among them, the migrant workers is the most important income level and welfare, compared to the older generation of migrant workers at the same time pay more attention to their own development and the quality of life. Finally, the paper research conclusion, the migrant workers, enterprises, the government puts forward some effective Suggest ions.
