In the society of market economy, the competition between enetrprises is the talentcompetition in the ifnal analysis. M company is shipping wharf handling, storage, packagingof liquid chemicals, transportation and other logistics services enterprises,the personnelhandling and transporting technology, security and other requirements of many professionalhigh,however, since the company since its establishment, the lack of correct understanding oftalents, human resources management "as the core to the salary management", humanresources no strategic planning, lfow of talent, talent training method is not scientiifc and soon,which seriously affect, restrict the development of the company.On the basis of theory analysis combined with M company as an example, analyzes theproblems in the development of enetrprises and the diiffculties, and puts forward somecountermeasures and suggestions from the point of view of M company. The main researchcontents of this thesis are as follows: The human resources management and personneltraining theory are introduced, by comparison, clearly points out that the personnel andhuman resource management, lays a solid theoretical foundation for personnel training anddevelopment research; Taking M company as the research example, introduces its presentsituation of talents, and the reason of talent management process problems and analyzed;Combined with the company’s actual situation and problems, in the future, personnel trainingand development and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.For providing the HR method to M company, the future company can take theorganizational structure design,position design,development path of talent assessmentsystem, network information platform establishment method combined with the training anddevelopment, performance incentive, recruitment, enterprise culture construction, promote thecomprehensive talent management turnover management.
