A Research On Senior Talent Team In FY Group

With the increasing competition in our country and international economic environment,talents,especially senior talents play an increasingly important role in the company,and become the key training object of human resource department..The quantity and quality of senior talents in our country have been improved with the improvement of the national education level.At present,many enterprises have been aware of the importance of senior talent and increasing the input of the construction of senior talents.This paper takes FY group as the research object and research the construction of senior talent team in six chapters.The first chapter is introduction.Explain the research background,research meaning,research contents and the problem to be solved.The second chapter is the literature review,which explains the concepts involved in this paper.First of all,this paper explains the research object of this paper,that is the definition of senior talents and the characteristics of senior talents,and then briefly introduces the influencing factors,common problems and construction methods of the construction of senior talents.The third chapter introduces the current situation of the construction of the FY group of senior talents.Firstly,it introduces the FY group and its development strategy and development goals in recent years.Then it analyzes the basic situation of the staff and the status of the senior talent team.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the FY group's senior personnel satisfaction questionnaire,and discusses the problems of FY group in the construction of the senior talent team.In the fifth chapter,according to the analysis of the fourth chapter,the authorputs forward the strategy of the construction of senior talent team in the FY group.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,expounds the research conclusion and summarizes the research results.
