Study On The Utilization Of Xiangtan's Red Culture Heritage Based On "Two Type Society" Construction

"Two type society"construction is the important background of Xiangtan's social, economic and cultural construction and development, Red Tourism's hot development is the important component of Xiangtan's economic development too. Red cultural heritage is an important part of red tourism which is a kind of special historical and cultural heritage with political, economic, history, culture, and other values. Their development and utilization effects are cannot be replaced for the whole country's economy and society progress.With the tourism's development and the Red Tourism's heat up, we paid more and more attention to red cultural heritage. How to develop, utilize and transfer the red cultural heritage better are the main content of our study.In this paper, firstly, introduce the society background of "two type society" construction, analyzes the study background of cultural heritage and industry background of the development of red tourism. Analyze the study of red cultural heritage and relevant travel at home and abroad.Secondly, introduce basic theories which used in the using of Xiangtan city's red cultural heritage in the "two type society" construction background. Understand the relationship between and "two type society" construction, cultural heritage using and tourism.Thirdly, survey and analyze the red culture heritage resources situation of Xiangtan city, know the red culture heritage resources of Xiangtan city, and analyze the using current situation, affirm the achievements and find out some problems. Finally, with"two type society"construction as the goal, absorb experiences of development and utilization, select constructing tourism scenic spots, built a museum, development digital tourism products and add explanations as the main way to use Xiangtan's red cultural heritage. Put forward the main principles for the development and utilization, like insist the society benefit, sustainable development, protect as the most important, rational utilization, stand out unique feature and so on. At last, present some countermeasures for red culture heritages'utilization of Xiang Tan, like increasing people's thinking, changing their consciousness; integrating tourism resource, exploiting deeply; strengthening protection, utilizing diversity; planning totally, realizing development harmonious; expanding approaches of financing, getting more fund. We hope these opinions can make some help for the utilizations of Xiang Tan and other places'red culture heritage.
