Research On The Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of The Supply Chain Based On The Corporate Social Responsibility

Fundamentally, to elevate the standards of the production and service, and the industry standards, it must bring the corporate social responsibility into the entire operation process of supply chain, and then, builds a multi-stakeholder cooperation platform, that is, to get involved in from the overall ways of operating, promote each stakeholder participating and communicating, in its efforts to seek the room for improvement of the link node in the supply chain, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.The relevant exploration of evaluation of competitiveness of the supply chain based on the corporate social responsibility is carried out, on the one hand, it can broaden the horizon of the research on competitiveness of the supply chain, bring the corporate social responsibility into the frame construction of the competitiveness in the daily operation practice of the supply chain; on the other hand, it can guide the cooperation among the each node member of the supply chain in a considerable degree, that is, to consider the supply chain as a responsibility circle, pay attention to the needs and expectations of each stakeholder, strive to balance and strengthen the factors which affects the responsible operation of the supply chain, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain, prompt the system optimization of the comprehensive benefits including society, ecology and economy around the responsibility circle, promote the sustainable growth of each member.Firstly, the thesis presents vertical carding and horizontal comparison on the evolution of the theory of the corporate social responsibility and the competitiveness of the supply chain, it seeks to give the further thinking and summary on the logical relationship among the development of the theory, so as to have a better idea of the methodology guiding research.Secondly, based on the study of literature, the thesis merges with the author's own thinking and value system, using the method of normative research, elaborates the related research foundation which consists of the paraphrasing about the connotations of the competitiveness of the supply chain based on the corporate social responsibility, and the major stakeholders in the supply chain, and the supply chain operation management based on the corporate social responsibility, and the mechanism which the corporate social responsibility exerts influence on the competitiveness of the supply chain.Again, based on the related research foundation, this research possesses and reanalyzes the informative material according to the questionnaire survey and relevant communication. Following the design ideas and principles of the index system, using the method of descriptive research, it designs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of supply chain based on the corporate social responsibility, and implements the testing and evaluation for the system adopting the statistical analysis methods such as reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis. For the formal evaluation index system, the concrete route of evaluation is designed, combined with the operation situation of the sample supply chain, the weight of the index is established by using the analytic hierarchy process, the overall evaluation of competitiveness of the supply chain based on the corporate social responsibility is conducted by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, under the guidance of the foundation of the normative research and the conclusion of the descriptive research, using the method of applied research, the thesis constructs the improvement methods of the competitiveness of the supply chain based on the corporate social responsibility from the three aspects, which includes the the basic responsible operation, core competence, evaluation and continuous improvement, in hopes that it can enrich the frame of the research on the competitiveness of the supply chain, and direct the practice of the responsible operation of the supply chain, the summary of the thesis and related research prospect are provided.
