For another hand the fixed capital in existence has a very low usage efficiency. It is a huge waste for the resource.From the self-sufficient natural economy to the commodity economy and in the market economy excessive process, the minority nationality region countryside already started from a relative closed development environment to fast opening. In the new century and new economic environment, the internal accumulation of capital and outer capital formation supply shocking are two main lines to promote minorities economic development in rural areas.Therefore, based on the formal thought ,I take a example of Yunnan province ,study the process of capital formation and accumulation , analysis so as to understand the different stages in different capital formation characteristics,capital formation patterning,the efficiency of capital formation,,capital formation effect,,the impact on economic development, and comparison with other non-minority areas .In the end I shall give my idea to promote national countries development .
