Discussion On The Problems And Ountermeasures Of The Development Of Rural Industrial Concentrated Areas In Hongze District

Since the Silicon Valley the world's first industrial zone,Silicon Valley's success and its influence on the world,inspired one after another in every country and every region to set up various types of industrial zone,commercial zone.Our current practice,industrial concentration area in the county level government,set up by municipal and provincial government,and later with the development of economy,city and district land shortage,industrial concentration area gradually down to the township,South of Jiangsu region of China as early as in 1990 s has been set up in the township industrial zone.The development of township industrial zone with the construction of the new rural construction of our country and small towns,through the industrial development led to the development of commercial,service industry and the three industry,so that farmers may become urbanization in situ,the transfer of agricultural population is the most effective way,but also led the farmers to get rich,to achieve a powerful starting point of common prosperity at the same time,the agricultural resources;to focus on big agriculture,improve the production efficiency and economic benefit of agriculture,agriculture is conducive to bigger and stronger.The development of township industry has made it possible for China to move from a big agricultural country to a big industrial country for more than 2000 years,and the concentrated area of township industry is a powerful starting point for the township industry.I believe that China,as the largest developing country,has to set up industrial concentration area,but it can not be regarded as a panacea for developing economy.It can not even be regarded as a magic weapon for turning corners.We must clearly see that there are still many negative problems in most of the industrial concentrated areas in China,such as waste of land and pollution of the environment.The author has long been engaged as an industrial work in the township government staff,from their own work experience,combined with the study of the related knowledge of public management of Hongze District Township Industrial Zone Construction in the process of problem analysis,mainly in the infrastructure construction lag,the public service is not perfect,land use is not sufficient,environmental pollution still exists,the characteristics of the industry is not obvious in the five aspects,pointed out that the planning work is lagging behind,the cause of the problem limited sources of funding and investment management,environmental protection investment,government leading over other deep-seated reasons,and try togive the corresponding development of leading industries,strengthen land management,raise funds,build credibility the government,to improve the service level of countermeasures.
