During the past 20 years, the logistics industry has developed rapidly, and the competition is very intense, the competition among single enterprises has evolved into the competition among the strategic alliance. The third-party logistics (TPL) enterprises obtains complementary resources by establishing strategic alliance partners, to make the comprehensive services stronger, organizational structure optimize, the internal transaction costs decreased and overall competitiveness improve significantly without large scale investment. But many studies have shown that the average life of strategic alliances is very short and the failure rate is very high, and the most failure is closely related to the instability of the Alliance.The key of improving the success rate of alliance is to handle the stability of the alliance. This paper is to explore the stability of the third-party logistics companies from the perspective of the life cycle theory, then to provide helpful suggestions and guidance for solving the strategic alliance stability problem of TPL enterprise in our country.The article first describes the domestic and foreign relevant theory and practice status by using literature analysis theory, and discusses the need for stability; Second, to discuss TPL strategic alliance life cycle theory and the stage of the discussion tasks; then, to expound the connotation of TPL enterprise strategy alliances stability and to discuss the stability factors, then, to construct stability quantitative evaluation model by fuzzy AHP and use questionnaires for case analysis; finally, to propose stability management measures from the perspective of the life cycle. According to this article, it is helpful to strengthen alliance stability and improve the success rate of strategic alliances of TPL enterprises by evaluating the stability of TPL enterprises strategic alliance, taking appropriate pre-control strategies about the stability of the weak links in the alliances and taking stability management measures in each stage of life cycle.
