The coordinated development among energy, economic and environment (3E) in shaanxi procince related to the implementation of macroeconomical strategy.Therefore,the study on the dynamical correlation among economical growth, energy consumption and environmental pollution has vital and practical significance, this study can ensure the development of shaanxi province healthly, stably and continually,it also has strategical significance for shaanxi province to construct a frugal and friendly societyThis article drew on correlation theories about the econometrics and the energy economics,based on the date of energy, economical and environment, made quantitative analysis on energy-economic two-part system, environment-economic two-part system and energy- environment-economic three-part system. Through quantitative analysis,this article get the following conclusions:(1) Drew on state space theories,by establishing state space model on analysing the relationship between energy consumption and energy efficiency, the second industry production scale, the third industry production scale, science-education-culture-health expenditure and population in shaanxi province,then we concluded that if shaanxi want to reduce energy consumption the government should improve energy efficiency and adjust the industrial structure,reduce the proportion of the second industry,increasethe proportion of the third industry, it also need to control the population.(2) Drew on state space theories,by establishing state space model on analysing the relationship between "industrial waste" emissions and GDP,the proportion of the third industry,then we discovered that if shaanxi want to reduce "industrial waste" emissions government should adjust the industrial structure,reduce the proportion of the second industry,increasethe proportion of the third industry.(3) Drew on the Vector autoregression theories, by establishing VAR model on analysing the relationship among energy consumption, GDP and SO2 emissions,and using the impulse response function and variance decomposition, then we discovered that energy consumption, GDP and the SO2 emissions influenced each other, the influence of energy consumption is the most.This article made system analysis on the relationships among energy, economy and environment, fond out the problems existing in the coordinated development among energy, economic and environment,and proposed the related suggestion.
