How to keep the banlance between energy consumption, environmental pollution andindustrial growth has been a hot issue In the process of industrialization. If there is no energyas a support, there will not be industrial now;it is inevitable to produce pollution in the processof economic development at the same time.however, the literature that the academiccommunity reaseach about the relationship between energy consumption, environmentalpollution and industrial growth is still not much; more research is based on the point of viewsuch as energy consumption and economic growth, environmental and economic coordinationevelopment for research. In this paper,I establish econometric model for empirical analysis on the relationshipamong the three in fulfilling the basis of the existing research.I first study the correlation bythe grey relation analysis between energy consumption structure and industrial growth inxinjiang;then I make a short-term forecasts of the energy consumption structure in Xinjiang inorder to explore the trend of the energy structure in Xinjiang in the next four years;then I usetwo methords, improved entropy analysis and grey principal component analysis, and putemissions of industrial waste water, industrial sulfur dioxide emissions, industrial smokeemissions, industrial dust emiss-ions,industrial solid waste emissions, five categories ofenvironmental indicators as industrial environmental influence factors; I constructenvironmental indicators to verify the the existence of EKC curve between environmentalindicators and industrial output value. Second,I put the interrelationship among the three asthe researchperspective, to verify the existence of a balanced relationship among the three byco-integration test,to test the interaction among the three by simultaneous equations. Finally, the various States in Xinjiang, the level of coordination is studied. According to the modelresults I draw some meaningful conclusions. First, it has a large correlation degree betweenthe proportion of natural gas consumption, oil consumption ratio, the proportion of coalconsumption, the proportion of water and wind power and total industrial output value;natural gas consumption plays the leading role in the largest industrial growth; new energy, water and wind power, does not become a major support for industrial growth, which runscounter to the requirements of low-carbon economy. Second, the proportion of coalconsumption decreased in Xinjiang in the next four years, but the proportion is still high; the proportion of the natural gas increase slowly, which is not commensurate with the the strategicposition that it is rich in natural gas resources in Xinjiang;hydropower, wind power and otherrenewable energy share decline, which can not match the idea of actively developpingrenewable energy sources that raised in the seventeenth report with the congress. Third, industrial growth and environmental pollution in Xinjiang exists the equilibriumrelationship;with the growth of per capita gross industrial output value, the pollution indexwill increase in the long term. Fourth, there is no typical inverted U-EKC in Xinjiang, but ithas showed its own characteristic features of the U-conclusions,that is to say, economicgrowth will eventually not automatically lead to improve the quality of the environment.Fifth,Xinjiang coal consumption, environmental pollution and per capita industrial output indexrange in the sample were non-stationary series, while it has a long-term equilibriumrelationship between coal consumption, environmental pollution and per capita industrialoutput value in xinjiang and the current environment, current coal consumption and thepre-industrial output per capita impact current per capita industrial output index, which has83.9%of the auto-repair capacity.Sixth, in the environment-energy-industrial systems, industrial growth, population growth, fixed asset investment growth is the main reason for theincrease in energy consumption; energy efficiency improvements will reduce energyconsumption, changes in environmental pollution has nothing with energy consumption。Energy consumption, labor input is the main reason for the promotion of industrial growth;industrial growth is inhibited because of environmental pollution; international trade andhuman capital on industrial growth in Xinjiang did not play due role;industrial growth, energyconsumption growth, and the proportion of secondary industry growth is the main cause ofenvironmental pollution.Seventh, the various prefectures in Xinjiang are of poor coordination, basically at the lack of coordination and more incongruous position.
