The dream culture belongs to the life study and the forecast study category, the dream pray culture refers to a culture which inherits from Han Dynasty primitive dream interpreting and prays rang in the active foundation, those who prays bring the matter in heart to ask the Mr. He nine kinds of immortals to bestow the dream, expect that he can make another dream to answer the matter, tell the prayer what to do next, give the prayer courage and hope, then interpret the whole dream , finally the folk custom cultural event produces to be a kind of culture. With the people's living standard's enhance, pursue of the culture become more popular, also there is a new tendency in the pursue of traveling tourism product's. The dream pray culture spot is based on the dream pray culture, develope the dream pray culture tourism product effectively is the foundation to attract tourists, also is the important safeguard of the tourist spot's sustainable development.This article uses document analysis method to determine the foundation of the research, and then collect data which this research needed by using the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview method as well as carring out quantitative research to provide the evidence of the quota for this research, and make quantitative and qualitative research to be a combination .Meanwhile make the study more credible.Through the research of Jiulihu lake's cultural tourism product development research, this article draws conclusion as follows:(1) Jiulihu lake is rich in tourism resources, especially the dream pray culture resources, and the tourist spot's development is in good condition, it can develop the dream pray culture tourism product.(2)Through the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview shows that different communities have different preferences to different series of the dream pray culture products, therefore Jiulihu lake needs to develope the pointed development tourism product according to requirements of the different tourists market.(3) From market demand's angle ,we carried questionnaire survey on the tourist, and according to the real situation of Jiulihu lake, we may design a series of the dream pray culture products: experience products of the dream pray culture tourism, to experience the concurrently appreciation of the dream pray culture tourism, psychological unblocking and the treatment products of the dream pray culture tourism, to keeping in good health, products of the dream pray culture tourism to take vacation of the dream pray culture tourism product.On the one hand,the study's conclusions above can enriched and perfected the research which related to culture tourism products and tourism spots, hoping to offer a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others can put forward some valuable ideas for the later research; On the other hand ,it can also provides reference and refers for the dream pray culture tourism spots as well as for other tourism enterprises in developing tourism products.
