History has eloquently proved that agricultural prosperity usually strengthens the basis of economy, rich farmers make a prosperous nation, and the rural stability insures the social security. It is impossible for China's sound and fast development of economy and society, Chinese farmers' well-off life, the Chinese people's higher level of well-off life, and China's lasting political stability without the solid foundation of agriculture. Without the modernization of agriculture,There can be no modernization of the entire national economy. Thus, it makes a very important task of the whole party to ensure the healthy development of agriculture. Since the Reform and Opening-up, the CPC Central Committee has made series of significant, far-reaching strategic plans on agricultural development, Issued series of benefiting policies for agriculture, which has guaranteed a good momentum of agricultural and rural development, especially clearly proposed that: "to strengthen the fundamental role of agriculture, insist on the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, establish the long-term mechanism that ensures the positive Interaction of agriculture and industry, city and country, and make a new pattern that Integrates urban and rural's economic and social development into a whole system ", from the overall situation of Socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics in the Seventeenth Party Congress. It is the first time that the Agricultural Modernization with Chinese Characteristics was put forward in Party's political reports as an important strategic decision, which was based on the overall perspective, the new situation, the new changes and the new missions, and pointed out the direction for the further development of agricultureAgricultural modernization has become a global trend of agricultural development. To insist the road of agriculture modernization with Chinese characteristics is to follow the rules of the world's agricultural modernization, and sum up the historical experience and lessons in agricultural modernization on the basis of national conditions of China. The industrialization and the arrival of the era of industrialization is an important symbol of the world's agricultural modernization, what is more, it has been found that the industrialization of agriculture has and is getting more and more profound effect on the industrialization of country, the urbanization of country, the formation of long-term mechanism of the farmers' income increases and the realization of all-around well-off society in country, even on the whole development of national economy and society.On the basis of the latest research results on agricultural modernization and industrialization of agriculture, this paper firstly theoretically analyses the agricultural modernization and the industrialization of agriculture, generalizes the basic connotations of Chinese characteristic agriculture modernization path, using the basic tenets of Marxism, the basic theory of Marxism Sinicization and the agricultural development regularity in history. From one of the basic connotations of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, that is agriculture industrialization, secondly, this paper discusses the development of agriculture industrialization and the basic requirements for further promotion of it in the realization of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, and in conclusion, this paper offers some specific countermeasures on agriculture industrialization at present, that is to implement the "agriculture through science and education"strategy, consolidate a sustainable base of industry, carry out the diversified development model according to local conditions, build appropriate system of industrial organization, develop specialized cooperative economic organizations, create industrial organizations for economies of scale, improve the rural market, construce appropriate system for agricultural industry development, perfect policies on agriculture and construct appropriate environment for industrial development. In short, these studies is trying to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance to make major breakthroughs for agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics in some particular fields.
