Study On Haimen Land Use Efficiency Evaluation

Rational use of land is the basis of social and economic development. County economy plays an indispensable role to promote social and economic development of China. So land use issues are very important for county economy. How to evaluate the county land use efficiency scientifically and accurately, How to achieve high efficiency of county land use efficiency, these problems have become urgent and important research issue. Haimen, as one of the most developed county-level cities in the eastern coastal regions, people and land conflicts, land for ecological protection and construction of land development and some other contradictions have been key points. Haimen as a research object to carry out evaluation of the county land use efficiency, not only helps to put out reasonable and efficient use of land policy recommendations and to improve the level of land use efficiency and to further promote the sustained and rapid economic development, but also to be a reference for less developed counties to improve land use efficiency.Firstly, on the basis of describing the evaluation of land use and effectiveness of related concepts and theories, this paper analyzes Haimen present land use and structural changes combined with the actual land use situation in Haimen. Secondly,selecting 30 indicators to construct Haimen land use efficiency evaluation system in three area of land using economic social and ecological efficiency, Then determine index weight using AHP and the variation coefficient method. Using multilevel gray evaluation method based on gray correlation, we evaluate 2004-2009 Haimen land use efficiency. We analyze coordination degree to Haimen 2004-2009 land using economic social and ecological efficiency on the basis of coordination model and try to find out the main factor affecting Haimen overall efficiency of land use. Finally, On the basis of the evaluation,we put out countermeasures and suggestions for improving land using efficiency.
