Research On An Evaluation Of Land Coordination Use In Dafeng City Jiangsu Province

Land, as the "mother of all things on earth", is the foundation of human existence and development. In all natural resources, land resources will play an important and irreplaceable role in the economic and social development. However, with the development of economy and society, the acceleration of the urbanization process,and the increasing population growth, the contradiction between human and land is exceptionally tense. So in the development of economy, how to coordinate the development between society, economy and environment,reduce the destruction of environment is a mental theme of human beings.The coordination evaluation of the urban land use is good to arrange the regional land use reasonably and conduct an optimize way for the allocation of land resources. According to the coordination degree of the land use social system, land use economic system and land use eco-environment system, we can judge the coordinated development of land use,analyze the social and economic development level of land use and the eco-environment situation of land use. In this way, we can provide a scientific guidance to decide a rational land use way.This article is based on a theoretical and practical background, doing a research on an evaluation of land coordination use in Dafeng City Jiangsu Province.Based on the entropy and taken the evaluation of land use coordination as a breakthrough, this paper filters evaluation factors through resources,environment, economics, society, structures the urban land use coordination index system and evaluates the land use coordination in Dafeng.The evaluation results shows:â‘ During recent 8 years, The beneficial scores of the land use social system, land use economic system and land use eco-environment system are different from each other;scores of land use social system, land use economic system shows upstairs,the growing rate of land use economic system shows obviously;but the score of land use eco-environment system varies frequently,asending or dropping from year to year,in 2005,as the declining of plow,it drops to the lowest and then asends slowly.â‘¡Refer to the appraisal table of land-use system coordination degree,the differences of coordination degrees are obviously,mainly locates the ststement from not too coordinated to coordinated elementally,has a gap comparatively large from coordinated in a high degree,and it has a potential to excavat.â‘¢we find the main factors of land coordination use qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitatively we find the factors are environment, society, economy and policy. Using the multiple stepwise regression, we find that the main factors of land coordination use are population growth, economic development and the level of afforesting quantitatively. Among these factors, population growth is obviousBased on the evaluation results of Dafeng city,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to lead land use in a coordinated way,there are as follows:Handling the relationship between the land use and economic development correctly and driving the economic growth reasonably, Establishing the notion of using the land scientificed and coordinated,Controlling the population growth strictly and optimizing the population structure, Creating the environmental and friendly land use model,Completing the land use system, Strengthening the protection of the cultivated land and increasing the productivity of land etc.
