Study On Intensified And Optimized Land Use In County

The land use problem in county region is studied in this paper. the connotation and evaluation method of county'land intensive use were analyzed based on related theory, and then comprehensive evaluation index system from different perspective of county'land intensive use were constructed. The relationship between intensive use and optimual allocation of county region land was analyzed and established the primary principal of optimual allocation. This paper took Kangle county as study project, on the basis of systemic analysis about the economic and condition, characteristics of land use, and the problem of land use, this paper took advantage of ascendant research conditions and analyzed the intensive land use of total, agricultural land and construction land respectively, and put forward the mode of land optimual allocation based on intensive notation. It mainly drawn following conclusion:(1) The intensive land use of Kangle county was evaluated and compared using the factor analysis by SPSS software. The result showed that spatial distribution pattern of towns'land intensive use in Kangle County formed by Fucheng as a center to periphery and gradually decreasing in general. the nearer to county town, the higher level of intensive use of land. Comprehensive analysis result showed that land use level Kangle county was lower and had a backward economical development. The Kangle county need further optimually allocate all kinds of land and increase intensive land use level so that to ensure the social and economic sustainable development and a new socialist countryside construction.(2) The intensive use level of agricultural land, urban land, rural residential land and industrial land was further evaluated and comparativly analyzed, the result showed that Kangfen, Basong and Suji towns have the highest intensive use level of agricultural land. From the spatial distribution northwest area of county town have higher intensive use level than southern area; the intensive use level of urban land in Fucheng and Suji town were higher than that of others; the highest level of rural residential land intensive use is Lianlu town; industrial land intensive use level in Basong, Huguan and Fucheng towns were higer, From the spatial distribution, the nearer to county town, the higher level of intensive use, the towns, which are far from county town and have underdevelopmemt transportation, had lower intensive use level of industrial land. The comprehesive intensive use level of total land in Kangle county was not equal to the sum of intensive use level of agricultural land, urban land, rural residential land and industrial land. This suggested that the factors influencing land intensive use level were complex.(3) By qualitative analysis, the mode of land optimual allocation based on intensive notation was put forward. Concret contents of optimized land use structure and spatial distribution were determined according to land use planning and economic and social development goal of Kangle county.GIS method was used in this paper and achieved the uniform between text and illustrations of land intensive use and optimual allocation. The findings will provide new ideas and method for optimized land intensive use and have very important role for land use planning in county region.
