This paper is based on the "second five" strategic planning, Tangshan City Construction Investment Co., Ltd and evaluation of strategic options and how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and independent innovation, and increase return on assets, and improving risk-resisting ability, so increasing the value of state assets in-depth thinking. Is based on the scientific development enterprise, focus on independent innovation, improve the institutional mechanisms, and plan the development of enterprises, enterprise growth by leaps and bounds.In this paper, a strategic management theory, Tangshan City Construction Investment Co., Ltd and their own situation, the business external environment and internal environment analysis of two parts, while the use of macro-environment PESTEL analysis, five forces analysis of competition in the industry based on structural analysis, SWOT analysis methods.Through analysis, the opportunity to find out the internal and external environment, identify threats and advantages, presented the strategic objectives, through the goal to develop a strategic choice for enterprises. On this basis, according to the relevant circumstances of the company's actual strategy for rational design of the evaluation, expert scoring method used to evaluate, by multiple regression model to solve the relevant indicators, to make strategic choices, and strategy evaluation.Articles by documentary research, survey, quantitative research methods. Literature research related to the company's basic situation, strategic theory and policy research and so on. Mainly related to strategic evaluation survey of experts in the investigation. Quantitative research method is a statistical content of strategic evaluation, measurement companies come to a scientific alternative strategy.
