The real estate industry is a is an important component of our Market Economy, and it has bacome a pillar industries in national economy. Real Estate has huge investment, long construction period, many risk factors. It is an investiment combines high risk and high reward. Consequently, to real estate development enterprises, risk control and management are the most important managements in real estate investment, and also the key factor to it.Based on analyzing the rasearch of controling the risk of real estate investment, this paper analyzed the risks in the whole life cycle of real estate investment, decision-making stage, land-capturing stage, project-constructioning stage, marketing and sale management stage, and established a framework for theory of real estate investment risk control, and carry out a case study on a real estate investment project of a company in Handan.
