Study On Innovation Ability Of Medium And Small Enterprises In Xinjiang

Starting with introducing the unique environment and present development of medium and small-sized enterprises in Xinjiang, northwest of China, this thesis expounds the analysis of innovation ability and empirical research on Xinjiang. Via applying systematic method and the theories of optimization, innovation etc., the main conclusion that can be drawn is the index system of evaluating innovation ability of medium and small-sized enterprises after summarizing several scholars'research achievements in entrepreneurial innovation ability. Based on scientific managing data collecting from medium and small-sized enterprises in 31 regions throughout the country, this thesis conducts empirical survey and through DEA analyzes the proposed index system of evaluating innovation ability of medium and small-sized enterprises.The main study content and method of the dissertation are as follows:1,This paper firstly studies the enterprise innovation ability defined by our predecessors, and concludes that the enterprise innovation ability is an ability led by concept innovation, jointly acted on by the technology innovation activity, management innovation activity, market innovation activity and culture innovation activity.2,Based on the achievement gained by our predecessors, this paper reveals the essence and connotation of enterprise innovation ability in the aspects of properties, integrant, structure and role etc., then analyse and compare the existing method and the currently index system of the measurement and evaluation.3,This paper compares existing the ways of evaluation of innovation ability, meanwhile analyses the character of all sorts of ways and their disadvantage in evaluation enterprise innovation ability.4,This paper analyses the particular fact in xinjiang and the development situation of medium and small enterprises in Xinjiang, points out the weak links of innovation capability of medium and small enterprises in Xinjiang, establishes the evaluation model of medium and small enterprise innovation ability in xinjiang for practice activities with parting innovation ability into hard strength,soft strength and executive strength.5,This paper introduces DEA, takes advantage of its objectivity to evaluate innovation capability with soft strength, could give expression to innovation capability of enterprises from one respect, provides scientific and objective basis for enterprises to elevate innovation level.
