| In the trend of global competition in the 21st century, we pace to the era of rapid development of knowledge economy.The accumulation and application of knowledge, information have become the most important factor to promote the economic growth. As a key process during the knowledge management actions, knowledge transfer has become one of the important basis for many organizations to build competitive superiority. The present research trends in knowledge transfer between organizations has changed from the previous knowledge transfer slowly to the transfer of knowledge within the organization, the focus of research has become more knowledge-transfer process (mechanism, mechanism) and the impact of factors such as the transition to a knowledge transfer approach performance. By improving the knowledge transfer performance to play in the role in the fierce competition .The main purpose of this paper is to reasonabley assess the performance of knowledge transfer within the organization. It is not only to identify the role of performance factors in the transfer, but also attempt to quantify their effect on the transfer, in order to improve the performance of knowledge transfer. It firstly summarized the results of previous studies and built a "Concept Model of Knowledge Transfer Performance Evaluation Within the Organization", On this basis it designed a questionnaire to get statistics. Then, through the data from SPSS statistical software for analysis of empirical and the relevant case to assess performance on knowledge transfer within the organization, summarize the reasons for poor performance arising out of and propose some possible strategies and measures. |
