Application Of Risk Management On R&D Project In Home Appliance Manufactruring

Domestic home appliance manufacturing industry has experienced production competition stage, quality competition stage, marketing competition stage and management competition stage, are now in the core technology competition stage, core technology becomes the key, R&D becomes an important factor in the industrial chain. Appliance manufacturing industry R & D project has a short development cycle, high technical difficulty, market risk is big, fast changes in demand and other features, the implementation process will encounter various problems, these problems will put the project at risk, make project cost increase, schedule delay, or even make the project did not reach the goal. Therefore, for the home appliance manufacturing industry R&D project, risk management has important sense.The application study on risk management, combined with home appliance manufacturing industry R & D project risk characteristic, from the risk identification, risk analysis, risk response and risk monitoring and risk management process to apply to home appliance manufacturing industry research and development project risk management techniques and methods are discussed, and through a research and development project risk management practice and the development of these techniques and methods. Firstly, the paper reviews and SWOT analysis method to identify project risk factors, formation of project risk list; then the matrix data analysis on the risk factors for sorting, using the Pareto principle to identify the main risk factors, the probability of risk using traditional statistical method to determine; then according to the risk analysis result, developed coping strategies, at the same time according to the actual situation of the project, developed specific coping measures; finally to develop risk monitoring measures and the implementation plan, the risk of getting effective surveillance, prevention and control.
