Training for new employees is one of the core points for Enterprise's human resource. In pace with the development of technical and the eliminate through selection or competition be more faster, life period of product be more shorter, flow of talent be more increase, modern enterprise needs employees have personal career development of an important means in order to adapt to the knowledge economy and to be able to adopt the competition environment. So creation the training model for new employees is the core mission of our modern enterprise's human resource department.The study use Baosteel's new employees training experience, abstract the expert of employee's training. Expound and proof the base of employee's training scheme. For stick out people's training, the study use Baosteel's training case, discus the discovery and practice of"NET-5M".This thesis mention "NET-5M" means "New Employees Two Years-5 Model". It means new employees in the first two years, through M1,M2,M3,M4 and M5 training, can be from a student to an employee. It means when new employees start their business, in the first two years, the training model will let them from a stupid guy to a mature person. Think about the new employee's psychological; the study set an interim period. Enhance staff training can let the new employees be a qualified stuff quickly. The five models will be integrated system of new employee's training.Through the five model of new employees training period, new stuffs not only clearly know the company's base information, technological process of department, own job duty, build unanimous values with company, but also develop them own work ability, master the professional technical ability, 6σ, system management, foreign language and so on.
