From 1978's reform and opening up to China's accession to the World Trade Organization,to the full liberalization of the financial industry in 2006,especially after entering the 21 st century,the research on human resources of commercial banks shows a clear upward trend,which is of great significance to the banks.Bank competitiveness are business development and risk management on the one hand,and staff management and training development on the other.In a sense,the latter decides the former[1].In other words,the best way to improve the competitiveness of banks is to optimize staff training.Therefore,the objective of this project is to optimize the staff training system.By training employees,each employee can gain the confidence to conduct business and have the opportunity to be valued so as to maximize the potential of employees so that every employee can Maximize their talents.PF Bank has more than 40,000 regular employees,the size of company staff team is larger.Every year,PF banks recruit a certain number of new employees to supplement the large number of retirees.Therefore,how to cultivate new employees into high-quality talents suitable for the company's development strategy as soon as possible by PF Bank is a problem.Based on a large amount of literatures,i mainly investigated the status of PF Bank staff training,mainly investigates and studies the new recruits,in-service staffs and managerial staffs,Finally,and made the corresponding problem analysis to the status of staff training.Finally,the purpose and the basic principle of staff training are put forward.On the basis of this,a specific plan of staff training adapted to the market of PF bank is put forward.Respectively from the training needs management,training course development and management,training implementation management and training effect feedback management several aspects proposed specific improvement measures.It is hoped that this can provide effective improvement measures for the staff training of PF Bank and train high-quality talents suitable for the company's development strategy for the company.
