With the progressive economy globalization, the market environment for enterprises becomes more complicated and the competition intensity is increasing gradually. Presently great amount of foreign capital has been flowing into China. Under this circumstance, the domestic beauty chain institutions have to take the global market competition and challenges into consideration and their operation risk rank is also improved. The core competition of beauty companies mainly focuses on the service quality and level aspects. Thus it is necessary to improve the beauty units service quality and level by strengthening the HR train. Meanwhile the HR train can help enterprises maintain the market competitive advantages and also assure the market expansion strategy implementation.This article points out that the present HR train has a close relationship with the enterprise operation activities and integral strategy implementation. The beauty chain institutions need apply the scientific management theory and control theory to maximize the HR train performance. And this application should be recognized as the principal way to improve their core competitiveness. It is critical to enhance the competitive advantages in beauty field via the internal train optimization. This article carries out study on the actualities and features of domestic beauty chain enterprises, then researches mainly on HR train of FZ beauty chain institution. FZ has such problems as emphasis on post technique train, systematic management ignorance, rough analysis on train demand, deficiencies of train organizational model and contents and methods, neglect of train result evaluation analysis and defectiveness of train result conversion system. Basing on the HR train theories and the company facts, the paper states that FZ should reform to improve the core competitiveness. Firstly FZ should strengthen the administration staff train systematically, then enhance the foundation of train demand analysis, optimize the train conversion system and finally improve the HR train system through enriching train contents, creating train methods, reorganizing train process and practicing the train result evaluation. FZ is a typical beauty enterprise in north China. It has a certain reference value for other beauty enterprises to carry out the study on FZ beauty chain institution.
