At present,our country has embarked on a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,and technological innovation has a very important position and role in the overall development of the party and the country.In 2018,the integration of the Yangtze River Delta has become a national strategy,with the mission of leading the country’s high-quality development,improving the spatial layout of my country’s reform and opening up,and creating a strong and active growth pole for my country’s development.Promoting the coordinated development of integrated scientific and technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta is conducive to the implementation of my country’s strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and an innovation-driven development strategy.In this context,it is of great significance to study the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation in the Yangtze River Delta.This article first compares and analyzes the economic development level of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui regions and the overall economic development status of the Yangtze River Delta through a single indicator comparison.Then build a regional scientific and technological innovation index system,and use DEA data analysis methods to explore the comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale return of the four places in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui.Finally,the gray correlation method is adopted,Shanghai(Zhejiang or Jiangsu Province)is used as the mother sequence,and Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui are used as the three characteristic sequences in turn to calculate the scientific and technological innovation correlation degree of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui and Shanghai,and To study and analyze the synergy of technological innovation in the four places.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)The Yangtze River Delta has regional differences and unbalanced development issues,and there is a clear gap between Anhui and Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.(2)The integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.Compared with the other three regions,Anhui’s investment in innovation is insufficient,the technology market is immature,and the level of economic development is low.(3)Although there is a certain positive relationship between technological innovation input and technological output,innovation input and innovation output are not strictly proportional.Regions with relatively backward innovation can use the advantage of factor endowments to catch up with innovation relatively better area.(4)In Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui,DEA is ineffective and diminishing returns to scale,and their innovation input and innovation output structures need to be adjusted to optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources.(5)The data on the degree of synergy in technological innovation shows that the Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui regions are mainly low in synergy in the innovation environment. |
