Research On Technological Innovation Capability Of Hunan Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Equipment manufacturing industry plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy. It has become an important criterion to measure the comprehensive economic strength of a country or a region because of its great flexibility demand, high correlation with other industry, leading promotion in economic growing, high technology.In recent years, equipment manufacturing in Hunan Province has developed rapidly. It takes a very important place in Hunan Province economy, with the rapid expansion of industrial scale and the steady promotion in the industry. Although the equipment manufacturing industry in our province has great potential for development and industrial advantages, but there are still some problems, such as low industry concentration, high dependence of external technology, low investment for technology innovation and research , lack of senior technical experts and so on. As capital-intensive industry and technology-intensive industry, the author think, only be based on the industry and technological innovation can the equipment manufacturing industry be bigger and stronger. Technological innovation is the core factors to bring vigor and competitiveness into the enterprise.This paper based on previous technical innovation theory, analysis status and characteristics of equipment manufacturing industry in our province. Using AHP to construct evaluation system suited for my province manufacturing industry's status. From investment in technological innovation capability, research in it, product in it, environment in it and the whole industry view analysis my province's seven sub-industries technical innovation. According to research it, to make it get rid of "import-behind-reimport" vicious circle, improve it competitive advantages , find the constraints factors of it and speed up my province manufacturing industry development.
