Evaluation And Research On Technological Innovation Efficiency Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Shanxi Province

Nowadays, with global economy on the way of rapidly development, Various countries'competition's focal point has gradually changed to some element of production which is more modernized. The equipment manufacturing industry is an industry both capital-intensive and technology-intensive, whose level of development not only fully reflects a nation's independent innovation ability, but also decides the division of labor in the global industry value chain. In order to meet requirement of the international community, sufficient strong the competition of our country's equipment manufacturing industry,the government has released a series of national policies and measures on that one after another. is also successive issued a series of revitalization and development of the equipment manufacturing industry in national policies and measures. As an major province of energy, Shanxi Province has formed a relatively complete categories of industrial system, in particular the prospects of equipment manufacturing industry looks bright:Firstly, equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province is facing great opportunities; secondly, the equipment manufacturing industry's development in Shanxi Province has secured government backing; finally the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province already has certain competition strength. With the development of industrial science and technology, we should not only assimilate imported technology and improve upon it, but also concentrate more effort on developing new technology, mastering core technology, constructing a good technological innovation information platform and the technological innovation network, so as to achieve the purpose of information sharing, good proliferation and absorption of the innovation, furthermore the research on technological innovation has greater realistic and theoretical significance.This paper introduces the background, including rationale, concept and literature contents,which has a process to have a knowledge and summary of the technological innovation efficiency, the equipment manufacturing industry's research present situation and the elementary theory concept.This part has three topics as follows:First selecting the indexes of equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province to analyze the technology innovation situation, which contains the basic situation of input and output of seven manufacturing in Shanxi, and the basic situation of the technology innovation strength of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province. Then sampling, data processing and constructing index system, analyzing the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province of dynamic analysis technology innovation efficiency according to data envelopment window analysis method; Finally pointing in two stages of the technology innovation technology innovation and efficiency of conversion efficiency of conversion were analyzed.According to the above analysis, we conclude as below:Technology innovation situation gradually improved; Resource dependency high, the intensity of innovation in both high technology industry and the traditional manufacturing industry weak; Industries efficiency volatile, the efficiency of technology innovation existing certain time lag; Distribution of resources improper, technology innovation conversion efficiency and transformation efficiency of relevance not strong.
