With the social and economic development,more and more scholars and companies committed to corporate governance research and exploration.Today,the theory and method in management is increasingly mature,excellent performance model (PEM) is a management tool and also a successful management model was recognized by scholars from various countries. PEM is based on very great quality,emphasizing the establishment of the evaluation criteria for performance excellence,integrated organization's management and performance also customer- oriented,and ultimately pursue the excellence in organizational performance management.PEM is divided into two scopes that leadership (including leadership,strategy,customers and markets) and the results of action (including process management,results of operations,people-oriented.) Model of performance excellence through the scope of these two functions,by management and performance evaluation to obtain organization's sustained improvement,enhance its competive- ness.On the basis of study on high performance model,this article will introduce performance excellence model to the enterprise's site management,to divide enterprise's site management into the system of work-site employees and the process capability,based on the field management in this model of performance excellence and evaluation system,through the indicator system's measurement,analysis,evaluation and improvement to get continuous improvement on enterpri- ise's site management,ultimately achieve superior performance management.In this paper,taking Northeast Mary Co.,Ltd.as the research object and as the research purposes of establishing a rational model of site performance excellence and evaluation system, to provide a constructive way and measure in the aim of achieving continuous improvement for productive enterprise's site management.The main contents are: firstly,summed up in previous scholars and experts in the theory of site management and performance excellence model,taking Northeast Mary Co.,Ltd.as the research object,divide the company's job site into site employees work systems and process capability (the process of value creation and support processes),establishing the excellent performance evaluation index system by mean of corresponding index analysis of these two modules to determine the evaluation index system of scores with the same level of itself.Determine the various modules and the weight of each index which inside of module by analytic hierarchy process,input the evaluation index system of scores after the calculation by using relevant formula,then obtained Northeast Mary Co.,Ltd.excellent site performance evaluation scores.By comparing scores to identify inadequacies in site management and using scientific methods to improve it,so that the company's site management will get continuous improvement.
