Study On The Application Of Performance Excellence Model In Guangdong Z Label Printing Enterprise

By studying the whole process of constructing and implementing the "performance excellence model" management system in Guangdong Z label printing enterprises(Z enterprise for short),this paper expounds the functions,advantages,construction and implementation process,construction and implementation effect and key points of construction and implementation of the "performance excellence model",and draws two research conclusions.This paper studies the origin and development of "performance excellence Model",the significance and role of constructing and implementing "performance excellence model" for Z enterprise,the existing research results of "Performance excellence model" at home and abroad,the main content,research methods and innovation points of this paper.This paper studies the functions and methods of "performance excellence model" and its advantages compared with ISO9000,indicating that "performance excellence model" can not only be compatible with ISO9001,but also can be used as an upgraded version of ISO9001,and the necessity for Z enterprise to construct and implement "performance excellence model".Through the investigation and evaluation of the initial operation and performance level of Z enterprise,this paper analyzes the problems existing in Z enterprise.The article studies the Z enterprise according to the requirements of the "performance excellence mode",concrete construction and implementation of the whole process of "performance excellence mode",and to build analysis is divided into the following seven parts: an overview of the construction of the building,leadership,strategy of the construction of the building,customers and the market of the construction of the building,process management,resources,construction of measurement analysis and improvement.This paper summarizes the construction and implementation results of The "performance excellence model" of Z enterprise,compares the financial performance indicators and the comprehensive performance of the enterprise one year after the construction and implementation of the "performance excellence model" of Z enterprise,and reveals that the construction and implementation effect of the "performance excellence model" is good.At the end of the paper,two research conclusions are revealed,namely,"Four major changes brought about by the construction and implementation of performanceexcellence model" and "four key elements of the construction and implementation of performance excellence model",and the deficiencies of the performance excellence model and its future development prospect are briefly described.
