In the knowledge era, management accounting plays a more and more important role inbusiness management. The development and management of intellectual capital has becomeone of the core of management accounting. Intellectual capital (IC) has become the key factorof enhancing enterprise growth and how to developing and making use of intellectual capitalare the real problems. More and more enterprises recognize the significant role oforganizational learning to IC. How can IC play in a better role to enhance enterprise growth,and this show the importance of study the relationship between IC, organizational learningand enterprise growth.In this paper, taking the manufacturing enterprises in east of China asthe research sample and basing on the researches, this paper mainly carry out two areas:First, basing on the existing literature, the intellectual capital is defined as : Intellectualcapital is the sum of intangible capital which can create wealth and value and which is consistof knowledge and skills owned by enterprises'. And IC is the important resources of creatingand maintaining the core competitiveness and improving enterprise growth. In this paper, weproposed the concept division (Edvinsson, 2000; Bontis, 2002) which divides IC into humancapital, structural capital and relation capital. Basing on the division, using the existingquestionnaires and combing with the realistic background of Chinese enterprises, weconstruct the measurement scale which has good reliability and validity.Second, basing on the existing research results, this paper construct the theory model,which is consisted of the three dimensions of IC as the antecedent variables, organizationallearning as the intermediary variable. We adopt the questionnaire survey to obtain the researchdata and do the empirical study to analysis the hypotheses and model. The results show: (1)There is interactions between the three dimensions of human capital, and human capital notonly can directly affect relation capital, but also has an indirect impact on it through theintermediary role of structural capital. (2) IC has an significant positive effect on enterprisesgrowth and in decreasing order of the influence degree is human capital, relational capital andstructural capital. (3) This paper use the SEM to verify the theoretical model, and we get theresult that IC can significantly improve enterprise growth and the intermediary role oforganizational learning.Through the intermediary role of organization learning ,both humancapital and relation capital can significantly promote enterprise growth. However, the role ofstructural capital is not significant.
