Under the circumstance of internationalized enterprise management nowadays, all the business managers consider how to improve their own market competitiveness, it could even be said organizational learning and intellectual innovation is an important component of enterprise innovation. As an organization, enterprise should deliberate the significance of organizational learning and intellectual innovation adequately. With different organizational learning mode, enterprise can better utilize and implement organizational learning, promote intellectual innovation, improve enterprise operation management level and core competitiveness according to their own business and professional characteristics.Based on theoretical review of organizational learning mode and intellectual innovation both home and abroad, this article puts forward a general hypothesis—enterprise organizational learning mode and intellectual innovation are positive correlation, along with five subsidiary hypotheses on this basis:H1:positive effect produced by the degree of implementation of enterprise organizational learning mode to knowledge acquisition condition; H2:positive effect produced by the degree of implementation of enterprise organizational learning mode to knowledge fusion condition;H3:positive effect produced by the degree of implementation of enterprise organizational learning mode to knowledge innovation condition; H4:positive effect produced by the degree of implementation of enterprise organizational learning mode to knowledge diffusion condition; H5:positive effect produced by the degree of implementation of enterprise organizational learning mode to knowledge sharing condition. This article uses empirical research methods, arranges the data obtained from questionnaire survey through investigation and research to small and medium enterprises of Shijiazhuang Hebei, puts forward a general model as well as descriptively analyze the situation of enterprise organizational learning mode and intellectual innovation. Furthermore, the paper validates the hypotheses mentioned above by statistical methods such as correlative analysis, regressive analysis and so on, brings some relative countermeasures forward at last.The innovation points of this paper mainly reflect three aspects as follows. First, the paper puts forward new concepts of organizational learning and intellectual innovation, as well as new definitions on partition of the former. Second, the paper constructs a general model of enterprise organizational learning mode and intellectual innovation, puts forward and validates the general hypotheses and the subsidiary hypotheses mentioned before. Third, this paper puts forward six countermeasures on amelioration of organizational learning mode and improvement of enterprise knowledge innovation.The research of this paper makes contributions to the amelioration of enterprise existing organizational learning mode, as well as better promotion and improvement of enterprise intellectual innovation.
