After development of more than 30 years, the privately operated economy development of Jiangxi Province has achieved great achievement in our province aspects and also has made the irreplaceable tremendous effect in economic development and economic growth. But as a result of fund and talented person limits, enterprises in our province, particularly the small and medium—sized private enterprise exposes a series of problems in the fast developing process. They also has many problems in human resources management aspect particularly in the salary management aspect, directly affect the admission of talents, retain and motivate and has cause great influence to the enterprise, has further hindered the development of small and medium—sized Private enterprise and their strength. Salary management is the core content of modern enterprise and plays a very important function in the small and medium—sized Private enterprises'sustainable development. Therefore, raises the level of enterprise salary management to realize smooth development of the small and medium—sized Private enterprise in Jiangxi, and achieve the strategy of"rise in middle of china"have great significance. Therefore, this research is important and has practical significance.With the method of combining theory and practice and on the basis of a vast amount of domestic and foreign salary management related books and the literature material, using questionnaire survey data, this essay analyzes the present situation of small and medium—sized Private enterprise salary management and some major problems, in addition, it brings forth some corresponding optimized strategies for them; and takes the empirical study object by some privately operated manufacturing firm in Jiangxi province, designed a new scheme for salary management which accords with the reality in this enterprise. we hoped the small Private enterprise salary plan design provide some proposals and suggestions on the device of salary management for Jiangxi province. Finally this essay summarizes the study conclusion and deficiency, and put forward the prospects for future research.Through the questionnaire and interview results, this research found that employees of small and medium-sized private enterprises in jiangxi in salary management four dimensions satisfaction, namely compensation level, salary structure, salary system and compensation form is not high and satisfaction in individual dimension exist differences, enterprise exist compensation level low, salary structure unreasonable, salary system formulate optional and salary payment for lack of transparency of many problems. The paper are also conducting systematic analysis for the cause of problems. Then, based on the problems and reason, this paper put forward a series of improved strategies to solve the problems, such as with the strategic principles for guidance, ensure compensation level with internal fairness and external competitiveness; perfecting salary design in proportion coordination, setting the salary structure with performance oriented; formulating scientific and fair salary system, implementing open and transparent salary payment forms, and so on. And briefly elaborating the establishment of suppprting mechanism in enterprise salary management. We hoped that this results has some reference and function for the improvement and optimization of salary management in jiangxi province and the central provinces.
