Along with the increasing proportion of industrial structure in Tertiary industry, the function of traveling economy in the regional economic development expands day by day. The development of traveling economy plays influential role not only in the transformation process to becoming strongest area in traveling economy from the tourist resources district in Xinjiang, but also to give an impetus to full scale development of First, Second and Tertiary industry, as well as the national handicraft industry through the induced effect of tourism. In addition, traveling economy also has a bridge role on economically coordinated development among regions, economic cooperation and attraction of foreign capital. Although researches about traveling economy have done more and has made certain progress, there also has a gap in many aspects,especially for Xinjiang.Xinjiang located the Northeast of our country, which occupies 1/6 portion of national land, and is the biggest provincial capital area in China. Xinjiang has huge superiority in development of tourism because of the rich natural and humanities tourist resources. For influenced by geography and natural environment, the socio-economic development falls behind than that economically developed areas of East of our country. Our government attempts the tourism to become a major pillar industry in economic development of Xinjiang because of the colorful and abundant tourism resources Xinjiang has, and want tourism could play significant role in pulling closer the distance away from the Eastern area. At present, tourism increasingly occupies the important position in regional economic development of Xinjiang and tourism development of Xinjiang gets the remarkable achievement, at the same time, there is also has some restricting factors and deficiency. Especially in the last few years, tourism had affected by the international finance crisis,"7.5"sudden event of Urumqi, natural disasters occurred in some provincial capital area and some social conflicts. At a result, Xinjiang tourism has faced some difficulty.Even if Xinjiang has resource superiority on developing tourism, such as the unique natural scenery, in-depth ancient Silk Road culture, abundant and colorful national culture, and good snow-ice, tourism has a strong seasonal characters, because some factors such as scattered scenic site, not balanced development of traveling economic between interzone and problems about traveling exploitation, tourism service and tourism management restrict Xinjiang tourism to further development. This article utilizes Grey Theory Interrelate analytic method to analyze the interrelatedness of Xinjiang tourism with its national economy of three industries, and discovers the follows: firstly, tourism has highest interrelatedness with First industry; secondly, tourism has lowest interrelatedness with Tertiary industry. Analyze the drawing effects of tourism to Xinjiang economy by using the proportion of gross from tourism in Tertiary industry, dependency on tourism income, the role of tourism income in economic progress rate. The discovery implies that tourism occupies a pivotal status in Tertiary industry, dependency on tourism income is low, role of tourism income in economic progress and drawing rate is high. Appraising drawing function of tourism to employment by using elasticity coefficient, have discovered that the tourism employment elasticity is bigger than that three industrial employment elasticity.About the trend of development of tourism, this article believes that the way of developing travel industry expands to transiting to quality promotion, unfolding the frontier traveling, developing winter tourism, establishing information service system and development eco-tourism from scale dilation is the tendency to face of Xinjiang tourism from now on. This article thought: enhancing development level of tourist resource, cultivating high qualified jobholders troop, enhancing overall image of Xinjiang tourism, consummating tourism infrastructure are need to further develop Xinjiang tourism.
