After the economic crisis in 2008, the company surviving and development is facing more rigorous ordeal, which made the managers of company have series deeply thinking. Lots of companies have to change the model and innovate to adapt the market as the shrinkage of foreign trade and cost increase. As the time being, more and more company highly praise the concept of"human is the fundamental"because the competition between enterprises is the talents completion finally. Only the company owns enough talents, who can own the power of surviving and development. To reach this goal, the company training is one of the effective method to train the talent to suit the company. The training is becoming more and more important in company development process, every company must have a good training system.First, this article introduces the company development strategy, analyses the human resource and current training situation, summarizes the training problem in CL company, makes the deeply thought on modern company training theory and local present training situation, combines the process & ruler system to build CL company training system. Secondly, it bases on the rulers that the company training system should link with the company development orient and strategy, long term situation, implemental and agility, analyses the training requirement from 3 items of organization, working level and employees, designs the procedure of training plan, sets down the procedure of training implementation, effective evaluation and training risk management. Defines the role and responsibility of training organization, frames and consummates the internal trainers management system, encouragement system and performance evaluation system. Finally, summarizes the training system and give 3 items suggestion based on the actual implementation. I expect that this article can solve the training problem in current situation and hope to perfect the system in future practice to make it more suitable the company development.
